Review: Bought my first Mercedes Benz recently, a 2009 SLK 300. I know someone who had a past good experience at Upstate Imports and it’s closer to my house than Mercedes dealer. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. They do quality work on your vehicle and I knew I wasn’t driving a typical Hyundai or Ford so I wanted the best possible people working on my vehicle and I believe these guys are the ones. Pricing can be a little higher than expected at times but once again I’m sure they are not as high priced as the dealer would be. Comfortable waiting area. I will definitely go back to them again!

He kept me informed about what they found and what they would do to fix the problem. He took a significant amount of time to explain what was wrong.
