I contacted them to tint my vehicle’s windows, and from the very beginning, their lack of dependability and poor customer service were evident. After scheduling an appointment and dropping off my vehicle, I expected the tinting job to be completed within the promised timeframe. However, the days went by without any updates or communication from the company. I made multiple attempts to reach out to them via phone calls, but my calls were never returned. The lack of communication was extremely frustrating. It’s basic customer service to keep clients informed about the progress of their service, especially when they’ve made appointments and are relying on your business to deliver. Not returning phone calls and leaving customers in the dark is simply unacceptable. In addition to the communication issues, when I finally managed to get through to them, their attitude was indifferent at best. There was a clear lack of concern for the inconvenience and frustration I had experienced due to their unresponsiveness and delays. I had chosen Exclusive Tint with the hope of receiving professional and reliable service, but my experience was quite the opposite. I cannot recommend this business to anyone, as their lack of dependability, poor customer service, and overall disregard for their clients’ time and needs are inexcusable. I strongly advise looking for alternative options for your tinting needs to avoid the disappointment and frustration I faced.
