Review: Got stranded today at home this morning. My Ram diesel truck had bad batteries x2 and my booster and external battery charger would not give it enough juice to start. I called Cloudcroft Truck and Auto Parts and they had the batteries I needed in stock and ready to go. But, how to get them up to me? I asked if they knew anyone who could bring them up. The owner said let him ask his wife. She agreed to bring them to me in the Village. Very prompt and with a smile she even offered to help me lift them up into the engine compartment! Cloudcroft T&A is my new FIRST stop for auto parts! And, the batteries were the same price as O’Reilly’s down in Alamo. So fortunate to have a local hometown auto parts store.

Review: The owner’s Brad and Melanie, and their family are very kind and knowledgeable. I always stop in there first when I am looking for something, whether it is an auto part are not, as they have so many useful items on hand. Their prices are very reasonable and more often lower than other places I have looked. I appreciate their helpfulness on my questions and resolutions to the many auto problems I have had. They are a great asset to have in our village, and highly recommend them.

Review: Amazing company with awesome customer service! Our RV broke down with some bad batteries, and the owner of Cloudcroft Truck & Auto drove us to our camping site to pickup and test our bad batteries. They then helped me find the perfect replacement batteries, and saved our vacation!!! 🎉 A huge thanks to the owners, and please give this company a try!
