Review: A glass panel on my patio door was broken and David of the Glass Doctor of West Orange showed up on the same day I called to give me an estimate. The pricing is very reasonable and David looked very professional when he was measuring the broken glass. He also gave very thorough answers to my questions, demonstrating he knows this business very well. Though the tempered glass took about 4-5 weeks to be delivered, longer than the planned 2-3 weeks, we are happy with the the quality of his work as the patio door looks brand new again!! The new glass panel matches the old glass panel perfectly. Very satisfied!

Review: Honestly, I don’t know how this company is in business. Their customer service is terrible and unprofessional. I had (and still have) a very small job (single pane window replacement on a storm door). After numerous attempts to contact them they eventually picked up my window. My issue (as should be their concern) is their poor communication and lacking customer service. I was in no hurry to get the window replaced but when you’re in business you need to return phone calls and text messages—especially since their main office phone seems to be a mobile phone number. Numerous phone calls and text messages have gone unanswered and I’m still without my window—even the window frame they still possess! 🤷♂️ I cannot recommend this company and am now not sure what to do. I am left with a storm door without a storm window insert.
