Review: 2024 gls450. I have been to many tint shops in the tri state area over the last 20+ years. These guys at tropic are by far the best. Great customer service, and quality of work is second to none. My only issue is that I just found them this year. I wish I found their shop 20 years ago ! Thanks again 👍

Review: I haven’t even got tints yet and I’m leaving a bad review. Sometimes people pay for more than just quality work. Sometimes it’s about customer service. I’m not sure what it is but I’ve gone to this business twice and called on the phone twice and not even for a quote, just to get on schedule to get it done. Next day comes and guess what, bad timing call again.I’m a cash paying customer and each and every time I tried to get on schedule I was told call tomorrow I’m too busy to schedule. And I get it. When your busy, your busy. But how they do that is very unprofessional. Obviously seeing all those emergency vehicles in front of your shop seems to be the bulk of your business and business is good. But never forget about the Little guy. When your contract with the township is over who will be your customer base then. It definitely won’t be me or anyone I know. I’ll be taking my business somewhere else.
In summary their is more than one shop with quality work in union. If you want to be treated with a little dignity I’d recommend looking elsewhere or wait 3-4 weeks for just for tints.(that’s if they will even schedule you.
Update: so I was asked to revise my review by the owner. Seems the owner read it and wrote his response in a little over 3 minutes of me posting this.
So let me get this straight you don’t have the consideration to talk with me for 3 minutes, possibly setting up an appointment or maybe even taking down my contact information to get back to me in a timely fashion. Your definitely too busy for that. But you got all the time in the world to write back to your reviewers.
