Review: I went to PJs to have my car repaired after a winter ice skid accident.
Quote Process – this requires multiple visits. I called to confirm I can get an estimate and went to visit on Friday PM to be told the estimator is no longer there (30 minute drive). On the second visit, the quote was quick.
Drop Off Process – Relatively simple, I was able to leave my car and keys in the drop off window.
Repair Process – I was quoted 3-4 days to complete the work. The entire repair took 7 days. There was no communication unless I called.
End Result – Happy with the repair; car looks and functions as before the accident. The quote held true to price.
