Review: Absolutely amazed on the quality of work and the quality of the Windows. I had 7 companies give me estimates to replace 26 windows. Window Galaxy was the only company that met all the criteria I was looking for including highly competitive pricing . I have 3 friends waiting for my review to contact window Galaxy. Review: Premium materials, expert installation, and fair pricing set Window Galaxy apart from their competitors. We recently replaced our 25+ year old roofing and siding after spending months on research and estimates to be sure our home improvement investment was in the right hands. Needless to say, we couldn’t be happier with the quality of their service from sales to installation.
The Sales Process:
From the start, their team was buttoned up. As scheduled, a gentleman from their sales team came to the house to discuss our requirements, and helped us put our “vision” together. He was very thorough in his explanations, and provided sample materials and color shades to demonstrate the difference between options and ultimately pricing. Post our conversation, they kindly provided examples of completed work, and offered references to inquire with about their experience.
There was never any hard sales tactics, and no pressure to sign any contracts – simply an informative conversation with an industry expert.
The Installation:
Expectations were managed from the start. Unlike most competitors who use the same team to install everything (windows, siding, roofing etc), they had separate teams of installers for each respective installation type to be sure it was done correctly and perfectly – all conveniently managed by one point of contact / foreman.
The installers were highly efficient and diligent about their work. They arrived on time every day, invested a full day of effort, and meticulously cleaned up at the end of each day.
Summary:
Home improvements like these are significant investments. Anyone can sell you premium materials, but not everyone can install them with the professional expertise that insures your investment 20+ years down the line.
Window Galaxy USA is hands down among the best in the business, and should be your first consideration when in need of exterior home improvement needs.
I don’t leave reviews, but was honestly compelled by the positive experience, and the beautiful outcome – it surpassed our expectations.

Review: Window Galaxy did an amazing job. We did not wait long at all before they received the windows and they came to the house, worked fast and efficient and did a really great job. The windows are great quality and the team did great work. Our home is more cool and quiet now. The price for the windows were great as well. I definitely recommend their services

Review: After calling several contractors and not receiving calls back and having a few no shows on scheduled estimates I called Window Galaxy based on a google search. Spoke with Zach and he gave me an address of a project they were currently working in my area so I could check out their work. On the job site I met Fred, who came to my house on a Saturday to measure and give me estimates. Fred’s communication was fantastic and he came prepared already having the measurements of my house. I got a new roof, new windows and new vinyl siding and the work was fantastic. Even received certificates guaranteeing the work. Price was good, install and service tremendous. You can trust these guys to do the job right and be dependable.
