After speaking to Ken at Percision he felt comfortable enough to leave his “baby”. Ken explained what he felt needed to be done, explained what needed to be done going forward to keep his baby looking like new and offered a reasonable price for the service!! He came home today after picking it up and can’t stop smiling!! Thanks to Ken and team for making that happen! The lady who answered the phone put me on hold and spoke to someone else to see if it can be done. Proceded to tell me what I want cant be done. I replied to her saying I’ve seen a million videos on this being done. That it can be done. I proceeded to call a place closer to my hometown and when I got there told them what I wanted to do. Without any doubt they gave me a price. Next day my install was done. If I was able to give this place zero stars I would. Maybe they should actually speak to the customer and see what they are looking to do. Very disappointing. The price is not cheap (I did not compare it to other places to be fair) however, the work they do is worth it. My car looked brand new . They are very professional, and I will without a doubt be using them again.
