All reasonable prices and accommodations. All the workers were happy to help and go above and beyond with information. They were able to schedule an appointment first thing in the morning the day after I called. Very fast service and I was able to make it into work on time! Very good quality work and the car looks great! I recently had my car windows tinted and was extremely pleased with the final product/results. In addition, I greatly appreciated the guidance/advice that was provided by Rachel. Because of Rachel, I was able to pick the right grade/quality of tints that would be most suitable for my vehicle. Rob and his entire staff are extremely knowledgeable about their industry. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have their windows tinted. I ended up stripping the tint myself, as I did not have time to rely on people not contacting me back.*** Great customer service, car came out looking great and faster than initially quoted on time it would take to complete. They were able to get me in within a few days vs some places either wouldn’t return my inquiries, or were not taking work for well over a month. They are a bit higher on price than other shops, but the customer service and turnaround time make well up for that in my opinion. Time will tell obviously regarding the tint, but it comes with a lifetime warranty, so I have little doubt it will last. The receptionist Rachel was so nice and great in helping me pick out what I needed. Steve did a wonderful job doing my tint, and I couldn’t be happier. Everyone there was so friendly, and I didn’t feel as though I was being treated differently due to being a female, which I have experienced in other tint shops. The prices are a bit more than other shops, which looking back is probably due to my getting a higher grade film than the other shop quoted me for, however, they are significantly cheaper than the other MVC approved shop in the area. Overall, I had a great experience, with both the service on my car and the customer experience.
