Glass Castle

Unfortunately my wife spoke with Dave who is the manager and he said he would not come to look at the job until he gave us a price to avoid sticker shock. We were prepared to pay the price because we told him that a colleague already had a similar job performed and we were ok with the pricing. Dave refused and said he had to send us an email. After my wife tried telling him her email address he kept repeating the wrong email back to her. Needless to say we never received the email so called the next day and Dave never responded back. We called again on Saturday and spoke with another person named Dave who said they had a holiday party and that is why he didn’t respond but that he could not get into the email so we had to wait until Monday so this wasted almost a week on our job. Must have been some party that they could not work the whole day! If Glass Castle is this bad at just responding to a guaranteed sale I would hate to see their response time if we had an issue.
