Review: Their Groupon is a SCAM – I called them while buying the Groupon (I was told that they would provide the service for that price directly! Anyway, it was a gift.) When called for appt., and when I filled-up the paperwork they didn’t say anything but just after taking pics. Adriana said that it will be only the lash line for the Groupon price. For normal eyeliner, she said that I have to pay their FULL PRICE!! The Groupon SAYS full top eyeliner. The pic Adriana showed hardly any eyeliner – very very thin minimal length lash line. They should have told this first before WASTING MY TIME. I walked out saying that will request Groupon for a refund.
Btw, when I was entering their place, another client was leaving – she showed her face so close to her friend who was waiting and he said that he doesn’t see anything!! Makes sense now.
Also. I told the receptionist that I do not consent to using my pictures and the receptionist said that they won’t even take pictures – but Adriana did take them first thing even as I was trying to tell her not to.
Shady place, dishonest people, and no parking nearby.. Would give -5 if that is an option.

Review: Cannot say enough great things about Wonderlash Studio. In the heart of downtown jersey city this med spa has all your beauty needs and the ladies who work there are knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. I came in for a consultation regarding micro blading and Yolanda answered all my questions and was very thorough explaining every detail of the process. I was then able to book my appointment and had a wonderful experience. After signing consultation forms i was set up and numbed. I was kept informed through out the entire process. I was given the mirror every step of the way to be shown what she was doing. She truly is an artist and was able to fill in naturally the missing spots in my eye brows. I am excited to see how they heal! I also had the express teeth whitening done which was a quick experience that brightened my teeth noticeably. Prices are affordable! The only con is it is hard to find parking (street parking only) so make sure to leave time to find a spot!

Review: I forgot to leave this review due to the chaos of NYE and after Christmas but I came in the 30th of December and I was on time for my appointment, however I was told that she was with another client and to wait outside for a moment. I ended up having to wait for about FORTY minutes, and when they called me in I saw no one leave the business, (and to my knowledge there is NO back exit because we are on the second floor and the stairs are at the entrance) almost as if they lied to me just to get some free time. This was really annoying because I had other things to do in preparation for New Years. I shrugged it off and thought maybe they’d offer a discount for the wait (they did not) either way I needed my eyebrows done but I would have left on any other day. She worked on my eyebrows but on a job that typically takes 30-45 minutes took her 90. She left me alone for 15 minutes twice, and I’m not including the times that the serum needs to sit. The end result was a half assed job. The brows were barely laminated, by the next day the hairs started going opposite ways. I was unhappy but I opted not to make a big deal out of it, but seeing my eyebrows today really upset me so I decided to write this review. I think the employees could learn a lesson or two in customer services. Krystal was the employee’s name. I have been here twice before this and was overall satisfied but I won’t be coming back because to leave a client outside and lie about having another client for 40 minutes and then offer nothing to make up for the inconvenience is ridiculous.

Review: Unfortunately I can no longer come here.
This is the SECOND appt I had scheduled with Krystal where she has been late. My appointment was for 1pm apparently they called me at 10am, left no message, to tell me she was running half and hour late…So I found this out upon arriving for my appointment that THREE HOURS ago she was running 30 mins late for? Girrlll pls…your schedule said you were open. show up on time for you appointments. I will no longer support this business. They were also running a one day voting special to drum up business…perhaps your workers should be available per their working hours to support. Awful customer service.

Review: This place doesn’t even deserve one star… I called on Wednesday to make an appointment for a chemical peel. I told the girl at the front desk specifically that I needed it for the next day ( Thursday )…. Here I go making my arrangements with work , driving an hour away, wasting my gas, tolls and paying for a meter parking , for them to tell me that they put me in for another day ?? I’m the one who called for an appointment, I’m the one who knew for which day I needed the appointment for …. What a disappointment! They do not value their customers…. Who ever works at that front desk , should pay more attention when making appointments…. If I was to live around the corner , I wouldn’t mind much…. But they have their business listed on line so people like me , who lives an hour away can go for a treatment…. What a waste of time and disappointment with this business!!

Review: Had a Brow shape and tint done and not worth it. First of all , the website said the brow tint should last up to 3 weeks, then when the lady was finished with my brows she said it would last up to 5 days. That’s a big difference. Then the site said the service would be an hour and she did it in not even 30 minutes like a rush job and by the looks of my brows it was. The customer service isn’t great. The lady didn’t even introduce herself just was like “ ok, lay here brow shape and tint right? “ I had the tint done yesterday , and today the next day it’s already coming off. Even after I followed after care instructions that I found online. Waste of time and money.
