Review: Horrible customer service. Had an appointment to have our window fixed (it was smashed out and just had a trash bag over it). Never got a text, phone call, or email so I called and was told “oh the location sold the only window they had for that, we can’t get a window”. I asked if anyone was gonna even let us know. Very unprofessional
