Review: Had my train horn installed by SJ Customs.
I was a happy camper until it stopped working.
No problem, I’ll just bring it back to them so they can fix whatever it is that needs fixing.
Let me just add that I fully expected to pay whatever it would cost to get the horns working again (no handouts here!)
Anyway, they said they would fix it and ordered the parts needed.
Long story short, I never heard back from them, and when I tried calling, they never answered the phone (and I called every day).
So, I decided to call from a different phone number, and guess what?
You guessed right, they answered.
That’s when It was confirmed that this place is garbage.
I went to another company to get it fixed, and it wasn’t even the problem that SJ Customs originally said it was.
Let me just add that I’m a business owner and would never do that to a customer!
