Review: I cannot say enough about the customer service, professionalism, and quality of work done by this company. Recently we contacted them to have windows replaced and form day one they were attentive to our needs and helpful with our questions. We needed to wait (supply chain issues ) for our product to be in, but they kept us informed and updated frequently. On the day of installation they stayed well after quitting time making sure everything “was exactly right” the windows And the casings they built day of ) look amazing and , again, the level of customer service from
Namcy and sandy at the front desk to the gentleman who came to install was beyond reproach. As a realtor I will recommend timberlane glass to any and all of my clients whose benefit from their services. Highly recommend
