Communication was excellent; we were able to go back and forth via email and had an order placed within a week. They were able to provide us with a few different options with different price points, all very reasonable. Once the glass arrived we were able to pick it up and install it ourselves easily. We will definitely be using R&D again in the future – we’re already planning to reach out to them about replacing the glass in some older windows next year.
