Review: I recently upgraded my 1996 F350 with several enhancements: heated seats, a new radio and speakers, a rearview camera, spotlights with a light rack, separate fog lights in the bumper, and accent rear tail lights. The Manchester location team did an exceptional job. The folks at HQ were very helpful in the process, offering insightful advice on the best options for my specifications and ensuring everything was prepared for a flawless installation.
The workmanship was excellent—clean and thorough, with attention to detail. Pricing is mostly competitive, but the trade-off is the outstanding service quality, which I am very happy with. They provided fair pricing and were very accommodating, making adjustments as needed. While most re-service is included, please note that some adjustments, especially when working with customer-provided parts, may incur additional fees.
I’m looking forward to the next phase, which is upgrading my fabric seats to leather. I highly recommend their services for anyone seeking high-quality vehicle upgrades and professional installation.

They’re very professional, got back to me right away when asked about their services. They have reasonable prices as well.

Review: I make an appointment to install sunroof, first scheduled 05/03 and 1 day after they call me to reschedule to 05/10 one week after they called me again to reschedule to 05/17. I was very busy when they call me for third time and I told her that I need to check with my boss. I forgot to call back to them and they just cancel my appointment, they never call me back to confirm the cancel, just cancel. Poor customer service
