They handle literally everything for you- All I did was call the Exeter office, give them my VIN and they contacted my insurance, ordered my replacement windshield, set the appointment and installed. The guy came and measured & told me I would receive the quote by email within a few days. It’s been three weeks and I have not received an email from them nor a phone call from them, therefore I went with an another vendor for our glass door. I don’t know how companies like this can stay in business with such terrible customer service. Had my car scheduled to be done for Thursday. I dropped it off Wednesday night to make it easier and got a call the next morning saying the part was faulty and they can do it Friday. So that’s okay! I called back Thursday morning and they gave my Friday appointment to someone else and told me they could not do it until NEXT Thursday or Friday. I am sure anybody can see how aggravated I am at this point. I am a nurse working in a busy hospital and I don’t have the time to leave my car somewhere for a week while looking for rides. They didn’t offer me their Hooksett location or any discount on the replacement.
