Brandi was super welcoming and informative when I first arrived. Jason pointed out damage I had not seen with his attention to detail, attested his findings to my insurance company, and went to bat on my behalf on multiple occasions. He was patient in explaining the repairs and cost breakdown for someone who knows very little about cars. To get to the actual work his team did, I can’t say enough. All areas that needed rather sharp lined dents removed and paint redone came back looking as good as new. Their work is definitely an art, they’re very skilled at what they do. Jason coordinated with another business to get my glass repaired and the car rental company, which was weight off my shoulders. He was very communicative and quick to respond via email or phone. Very hardworking family and team at 603 metalworks, they do exceptional work with top notch customer service. I’d recommend them time and again. Their huge dog is an additional perk when you’re there!
