Hadn’t been cleaned in 4 years and 105,000 mi. Looks brand new on the inside (I only had the inside detailed). Just wanted to take a minute and throw it my .2 to review this business. I had somewhat unpleasant experience after the car received a 2 stage polishing job with the headlight restoration… Let’s get to it. At first glance the car looked shinny and clean only until later that day when I had the chance to look it over and find the following: The employee Ray was rather easy to work with but he left many spots where the polishing compound was used. I got a good deal from the owner Justin on the service of which I had medium expectations but gave this growing business a chance to prove themselves. I was under the impression that all body panels that have a clear coat were going to be buffed but the side skirt and the rear diffuser ( all OEM body panels by the way) were only half way done – hmmmm – not sure what happened but go figure ? To continue, the front bumper picked up additional long scratches along the headlight line – again, not sure how but I know the condition of the paint before and after. One door jam had dust from the polishing compound from top to bottom as it was not closely wiped down. The window cleaning was included in the price but they looked worse after than before. On the other hand, I was nicely surprised when I received the engine bay cleaning that was performed for free – I did not request it – It was given to me at no additional cost. I honestly am just a weekend warrior when it comes to car detailing but this many mishaps were too much in my opinion so I decided to open up a dialog and have it resolved. Shortly after, I reached out to the owner – Justin was all on board to schedule Ray to return, and readdress all the little things that have come up, and to make me happy paying customer. That never happened as these two individuals did not communicate effectively. I was also under the impression based on what Ray said, that I tried making things about what I had found wrong with the car, and that Ray, he never heard of it from Justin, and he needed to call him back to double check. When i received a fallow up call from Justin that is when I kind of lost it. I called the second visit off because, I felt very uncomfortable having Ray come down, again. I hung up and that was it. I have never heard back from the owner to come up with a new game plan, and to be honest, it was probably for the better. So if you have made it this far then please understand that it was never my intention to arrive at this rather lengthy feedback! However, I felt compelled to share my experience with you. I strongly believe (been in customer service myself for over 15 years) that this growing business (under one year on the market) has a lot to learn when it comes to customer satisfaction. Acting out and making things up is not professional and sends the wrong message to a customer. I learned my lesson. All I ever wanted was to be fully satisfied with the service – isn’t that what the company’s owner goal should be at the end of the day? Well, if you are not picky like maybe this is the service for you. Just be warned. I personally would have not chosen complete clean had I had another chance. Sometimes, you can just tell when some individuals do not like to be told how to do their job more effectively. Thanks – to Justin- PLEASE NOTE FOR THE 10th time – I did not wash the car after. You can believe your employee that got upset and emotional because he was simply asked to come back and fix his poor job. You should be ashamed of yourself for trying to blame it on me. And what other FREE services are you talking about ??? Oh that’s right – the one and only free service of cleaning the engine bay. You need to learn a ton how to handle people’s requests when you provide any type of service. I am actually glad we met. Maybe you will realize that loving what you do comes with responsibilities. You did not accommodate for a simple one for me. I can write a book of reasons why I will highly recommend this business but let’s go ahead and summarize. First of all they are mobile and the come to you. You don’t have to suffer and schedule bookings months in advance with other detailing shops, only to drop your car off for days. Two, the professionalism is top notch. They set up a tent right in your home or business and work on your car outside. They are very well prepared and have all the equipment ready with generators, hoses, detailing products etc. They are also very enthusiastic about their job and take pride in the work done. They will simply not give up until the work is done satisfactorily. The price is out of this world. The job they do will cost you thousands to remove swirls or any type of paint repair. Let me just stop here before I run out of space for this review. Edit: Oh did I mention that I got a free interior detailing (which by itself will cost couple hundred dollars).
