Review: Emailed for an appointment to get some running boards & they never responded so I called. Whoever answered was extremely rude, didn’t even ask what my truck was just wanted a part number & quickly dismissed me with “those are on back order.” No suggestion for anything close to what I was looking for. That’s fine because I found them for $150 cheaper than the price listed on their website.

Review: I was in the market for a soft cover for my ’01 Ram and had another truck accessory outlet refuse to sell me a short-bed cover because the tool box and stacks made it a custom length. I didn’t want to give almost 2x the price for the factory unit, so I tried Ultimate Truck.
The salesman worked with me, and his customer service was on-freakin-point. Highly recommend UT, from my experience they’re the best accessory place in town.

Review: I would like to write this because I am so impressed with the customer service here. Most companies won’t call you back or will forget about you. Not this place, I was looking for some strap hooks for my jeep gladiator. I actually forgot that I asks for the salesman to look for me. But I got a call today telling me ge couldn’t find any and told me to try Mopar dealer. I am so impressed you don’t find that kind of customer service anymore. I am looking for some good tires to put on my Gladiator but I will look no further. I have found my go to now for all of my Gladiator parts. Thank you so much for such great costumer service, again it so hard to find a company that takes pride in thier work and the salesman there flexed that.

Review: Horrible parts service! Just stopped in and rushed through like cattle!
The experience started out with tech clearly overwelmed with what he had going on. We walked out and he told me to open passenger door and shake truck so he could hear the noise I was talking about (I told him you could hear it better while driving). We drove up a block and back on smooth concrete and came back to shop and he pretty much jumped out of my truck and kept repeating that it’s a 135 dollars and hour and 3 weeks out to find a squeak. The reason I drove 40 miles was I had a clunking noise (that I told him when I called in) and thought they were going to get my truck into the shop, not look at it for 3 mins and send me on my way. I believe customer service is what drives a company and clearly this was far from that!

Review: Wow. Wanted to start this off by saying how great of customer service these guys give you. Went in there with a little bit of a problem, the front of my truck was pointed up into the sky and the back was real low. Bummer right? Well I ran into the guys over at Ultimate Truck at Walmart and he told me about the amazing service they provide. They made me straight again! From locally hated; to now my father loves me again! Thank you so much Ultimate Trucks, means a lot!

Review: Marty and Matt are great to work with. Specifically, speaking with Marty, he was always responsive, congenial and very helpful. Marty took care of my needs and explained the dynamic of the issues I was having.
However, Eric of the service department was a bit difficult to deal with. Utilize the customer service in the front for a better experience.
