Review: Ordered our windows with valley glass. They were very professional, made sure everything was correct, and we were getting what we wanted at a reasonable price. Will definitely recommend them and return if we need anything else.

Review: No customer service. Last time I did business with them I ordered obscure glass. They sent clear glass and forced me to pay for it They came out to my place in Polson and measured up 5 IGs and a screen. Over a month they never called me. Called this morning to find out what was going on and talked to three different people and they gave me the run around. I still have to wait 3 more weeks before they receive it. Trying to cancel my order because I wouldn’t have ordered it if I knew it would take so long. Now I am stuck paying for it. Could have been avoided if they were honest They over promise And under preformed
