Honestly, not the biggest deal for me. What I really didn’t like was that they quoted me a lower price over the phone and then they demanded more in person and when I said that was fine, I didn’t want there service anymore, the guy I spoke to said that he’d make it the original price if I left a good review. He came to my home to replace my windshield which was very convenient. We had a misunderstanding regarding calibration, but in the end he was helpful, extremely reasonable to work, and professional in how he handled it. In short notice I got a quote and got the repair done in less that a few days. At first he said it will be a week but I explained that I have to drive home back to college and I don’t want to risk getting a ticket. He was empathetic and took the time out of his day to come to MY house and do AMAZING work for such a low price. I got quotes from other companies and their prices were doubled! He also got the right windshield which was really astounding because I have a 2021 Infiniti.
