They had a snafu ordering a part for me and I had to remind them about it. That was unsat but not a biggie.
Then I was a little disappointed the price quoted was off the cuff and kept going up every time I checked in with them. Final bill was higher than any amount mentioned. Felt like I was being patronized about the cost as I paid my final bill. Every part I purchased was more expensive there than anything I could find comparing prices. I definitely over paid. So be it – I supported small business.
Probably won’t be back. Kind of a bummer – they are accommodating, friendly, and do good work.

Review: I have had a lot of work done on many vehicles over the years at CAA. The one thing that has remained constant is the high level of craftsmanship and absolutely top-notch customer service. I can’t say enough good things about Lee and the rest of the crew. These folks have taken such good care of my and my vehicles. I will never go anywhere else.
