Advised the gentleman on phone that we purchased a windshield from a certain place. Because of this they offered me a deal, giving me a set price. The day of the appointment took the vehicle in and was told they didn’t know when they could get to it. So I asked if there was a better day of the week. I was given a new appointment in the afternoon and was promised that it should only take a couple of hours. Brought vehicle in for appointment and 2 hours later close to closing it was still parked in same place. Told the gentleman that I wanted windshield back and that I would take it somewhere else. Then the gentleman told me we will go ahead a get it done. But there were extra charges involved and 45 minutes later finished advising that there is no guarantees on it. Brought home the vehicle and noticed it had bubbles all the way across the top of windshield where the seal was. Had to bring it back and the guy told me oh they were supposed to get that done. Never again will I go to them again. Very disappointed and rude. In my opinion and experience you don’t make promises and not follow through. Also a business should be better organized. I couldn’t afford to keep bringing vehicle back on fixed income.
