Review: Took longer than expected by about 2 and a half weeks which was not ideal. Pricing was higher than first quoted and when asked why there was a discrepancy at the end they could not figure it out. They did discount it some but still couldn’t explain the discrepancy from the updated quote. The quality of the work seems to be good so far.

Review: I got a flat tire 30 miles from their shop, I called and spoke to Heather who was very nice and helpful, and Scott ( the owner) came out to help me almost right away. He got me back on the road. He was great and was very fair priced. So if you have car trouble near Chinook, MT definitely call American garage. They will get you back on the road. Review: Coming from a similar customer service business myself where we as owners tried to set an example for our crew to deliver genuine customer satisfaction, I can tell you the same is going on at American garage. It is very obvious that they are doing everything they can to provide the best possible customer experience. They squeezed me on for a tire blowout so I could get back to hunting and did it with a smile. I’ll be going back next week for 5 new tires. Highly recommend shop.
