They were very great with both communication and execution of the work I requested. I felt the pricing was very fair, and one thing that was very obvious is that they take pride in their work and are experts in their field. If you need a new sound system, window tint, or other custom services, don’t hesitate to give them your business. In a town where getting automotive services can be a pain point to say the least, Bos Tint and Sound is a shinning example of the way business should be done! I had a last minute emergency trip come up in the middle of August and had no window tint on the front doors which makes the car extremely hot. The day of I called them in a panic as I didn’t want to drive for 12 hours in the sun with no tint. The front desk lady/owner was so kind over the phone and fully understanding of the situation. The installer/owner was willing to squeeze me in between appointments. Within in 30 minutes they were installing the tint and within the hour I was out of the shop. They were both so friendly and kind. I could not thank them enough for making my life a little easier during a hard time. The window tint was a perfect shade and exactly what I was looking for. They’re pricing was fair and I’m truly blown away by the great customer service. Prices are inline for what you get. Pretty quick turnaround for most things. Had a little bit of a SNAFU on a remote start with some parts from the manufacturer but in the end they upgraded my system with no charge due to the time it took and multiple drop-offs.
