They did so good and I haven’t had a smile that big on my face nor have been that excited to get something in a long time. Prices aren’t great, but they’re the only shop I’ve found that will install customer-supplied parts which I think we can all agree is a big plus. We had a miscommunication where I wanted a sub installed in the factory location and asked them to test fit some options. He told me they had ONE sub that would fit, so I said let’s do it. I was shocked when I got my vehicle back and there was a sub and amp mounted in the back seat storage area. This isn’t at all what I wanted. I wish they would’ve called before installing it this way. I paid a lot of money for something I’m not happy with. I will say – they installed it correctly. However, they made assumptions and now I’m stuck with a pricey install that I’m unhappy with AND lost a lot of my storage. I’m at a loss for what to do now. Also, not a big deal as my vehicle is 10+ years old now… but they broke a piece on my rear seat that I will have to replace. If you go here, just be incredibly clear with what you want and preferably wait on your vehicle so there are no unknowns. Very knowledgeable and courteous, and overall a very positive experience. Extremely happy with the end result and I highly recommend Mach 1 for any car audio needs!
