I called to inquire about pricing before I purchased a Groupon and talked to Gary. He informed me that whatever I pay for the Groupon, it will include the bypass module and install fee. Only taxes were charged extra at the shop (under $20). Another shop that I called was going to charge an extra $100+ for the bypass module that would be needed for my car. He was able to get me an appointment within a few days and followed up the day before to confirm appt and called mid afternoon on day of appt to let me know it was ready. I couldn’t make it to the shop before they closed so to pay the sales tax fee the shop sent me an email with a link to make a payment with credit card and as quick as that, I had it paid. Everything about the process was smooth and I truly appreciated the honesty and personal contact. In this economy many of us cant afford 1500-2000 for a set of door speakers , a small 4 channel amp to run this with a 10 sub/box and head unit.
