The fact that they were so kind and caring to ensure our happiness and giving us the help and reassurance we needed we bought a vehicle and five days later bought another one. Global went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with both our services. Our salesman Kenny was very informative and has been very great to work with. The owner was very friendly and made conversation while we were waiting on the bank. Not often do you get such good hospitality and service but Global is the way to go. Went to.get first oil change where they told me to go and couldn’t get it changed since they owed them to much money and.closed their account. They were supposed to get me two new remotes because they didn’t work and never have received them, also supposed to have the windshield fixed but they never have done that either. They never call you back. Would not refer them to anyone
