Review: He came and installed in a timely manner. But upon leaving we found out that he had cut my remote start (which they claimed must’ve not been working originally and have refused to replace cost), installed an incorrect windshield (we found out once I had windshield replacement from another company afterwards), cut the heating element to my windshield (I have a heated windshield which he did not account for, and thus he just left the cut heating element in my dash), my dash had scratches on it along the entire inside (which he fessed up to, and had a guy come out to heat my dash and repair), we also later found out the trim had been broken to accommodate the incorrect windshield.
They had said they would pay for a portion of our auto start replacement, but have yet to send a check. Very very poor customer service and respect.
