Review: Technician was very nice, service was quick and efficient, price was reasonable. However, I feel the repair was very shoddy, see pic for after repair pic. Owner called me to make it right and see what he could do. I respect a company that cares about the quality of their work and willing to do what’s right for the customer. I’m willing to give them a second try on the next chip.

Review: Customer service was very helpful! The gal answering the phones was knowledgeable and patient as she walked me through the process. Everything was coordinated with the insurance company and with the Volvo dealership for recalibration. Very smooth experience!

Review: Bought a new vehicle with a chip in the windshield. Twin cities auto glass was super quick at contacting me to get it scheduled for replacement. They answered all my questions and worked quickly with the dealership to get the ball rolling. Amazing customer service throughout the whole process.

Review: I made an appointment to have a small chip in my windshield repaired. The tech was half an hour late to my appointment with no heads up. Within two months, the repair failed and the chip grew into a crack in my windshield. Customer service was not helpful in resolving the repair failure. Would not recommend this company.
