Review: They were super nice and accommodating. I won a free oils change and since it was more expensive oil I planned to pay more but I really got a free oil change. Quoted some work at really reasonable prices so very pleased so far.

Review: I took my vehicle here for an issue with it going into limp mode. They told me either my tipm was bad or my PCM. Powertrain control module. We had to buy a used PCM due to parts shortage. They installed it…we Got the van back after 3 days it started acting up again.And that wasn’t the problem. Took it back and then I bought a brand new tipm for 600$. They installed it….only to find out it was damaged. Every day I called and asked if they figured out the issue and just got the run around. Their mechanics were unable to diagnosis a simple issue. They said we’re doing more testing. Our vehicle was here for over 10 days. Finally I went and picked up my vehicle. With it not being fixed. Every time I brought my van back. They wanted to charge me more money when they couldn’t figure out the problem in the first place. It was here for a total of 3 times. I took it over to Matt’s Auto and in 2 hours they figured out the issue. It was a faulty tipm.. All coming from a loose relay. Customer service is horrible. However they did tell me to never come back again. Which I think is very unprofessional.
