He was extremely friendly and professional. There is literally nothing he could have done to make this experience any better! I’m very happy with the quality of work that he did and the outcome is perfect. Thank you Jake! I hope City recognizes what a man of character you are and also your awesome work ethic and perfect people skills, and pull you right up the ladder because you’re a keeper! It was great chatting with you while you worked and thanks for being cool with me watching and learning how windshield replacements are done. At 47 years old, I guess I’m officially that old guy who is fascinated by random things hahaha. I went with City Auto Glass because of their excellent Google reviews and because they accept Geico insurance, and it paid off! I had tried three different appointments with Safelite (because they’re Gieco’s recommended shop) and three times they made an excuse to not do the work! Just another example of a really big business that is too big to care about customer service. City Auto Glass is the complete opposite and they are rock stars. Jake had mentioned how his manager is a beast and cranks out the quality work. Obviously, he leads by example. After experiencing the Safelite nightmare, these guys made my day.
