Mine is a project car, I suppose, that needed attention after 15+ years of being a daily driver in Minnesota. Now – especially now – she is a summer car only. Loretto was up front and honest from the first photo seen. The communication was frequent throughout the process – questions, thoughts, opinions, sharing the bumps encountered along the way, and sharing the wins. They were certain to keep me aware of what was needed/recommended, and the expected expense to go along with it. I appreciate that they kept cost in mind, and how easy they are to work with. The quality of work is outstanding. The paint is beautiful, and I feel safe driving her again – apparently rust can hold things together; I really don’t know how else that back bumper was still attached. Loretto Auto Body took care of it all at a very reasonable price. My girl is gorgeous again! Aaron, Angie, and the entire crew: Thank you. It is a 2006, so had a rip in the drivers seat and the side mirrors were heated and had turned color over time. They installed new leather seat covers and new side mirrors which made the car look good as new! The work was beautiful and a very affordable price. The owners are wonderful people who truly care about their work and their customers. They did a nice job at a reasonable price. I had to go back a couple times to correct some reassembly issues and they were friendly, accommodating and professional. Great communication, car was completed on time, at the price they quoted. They went above and beyond in my opinion, and even washed my interior floor mats that were in dire shape from a Minnesota winter.
