Review: Wow! Talk about going above and beyond. Wanted to try a smaller local auto body so I gave them a shot. I brought my suv in for an oil change and full check as I was told I might need some big repairs by my previous auto body. Turns out, it is running fine and doesn’t require anything at this time. On top of that, they gave my car a nice cleaning with a wash and interior detail. Plus, they gave me a car as a loaner for the day so I could be productive at my home office. All for the same price as an oil change as my old spot. I was very impressed to say the least. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks North Country!

Review: Shattered the rear window and gouged a huge dent in the roof of my Ram 3500. Took it to North Country, and boy, did they do a nice job. Can’t tell there was ever any damage. I’m really impressed with the work they did and the outcome for me.
Also need to mention how customer service oriented they were. In every way, they wanted me to be satisfied, and I am. Next time I need body work, I’m coming back to North Country.

Review: I used them when someone rear ended my vehicle. The process from beginning to end was smooth. They had my vehicle in the shop in a timely matter and back to me when promised. I was always able to reach a live person if I needed to call for anything! This is huge in customer service! When I picked my vehicle up, the owner himself made it a point to come and speak to me. He made sure I was happy with my repairs, told me if I noticed anything after leaving I was not happy with they would be more then willing to fix it and thanked me for staying local. This meant a lot. Thank you for your excellent work!
