He spent time with me on the phone twice and once in person ahead of the process providing a thorough explanation of my options and learning my preferences. Rather than trying to sell a higher priced option I was considering, he explained how an option a bit less better matched my needs. That kind of quality customer service is hard to find these days. It’s evident Aaron has indepth knowledge and experience in this field and does quality work. His shop is located in a convenient business park district that is easy to get in and around. If needed, he has a nice waiting area. Extremely fair pricing. Very friendly woman at front desk said it would take one to two hours and it ended up only being about 30 minutes in and out. The gentleman that did the tint showed me the finished product and explained warranty of the 3M film. My wife and I are very particular and their work met our perfection standards. Fair pricing and excellent service. Nikki made scheduling easy and had great communication. When we picked up the vehicle, Aaron took time to explain every panel they installed film on. It was obvious they are proud of the great work they do. We are over the top thrilled with the great job they did. While we thought we knew what we wanted, he educated us and recommended we do a little different than planned. Very glad we took his advice because we are VERY happy with how it turned out! Our only issue was that, after driving it, we decided we wanted the windshield brow to be a little higher up. Aaron scheduled a time to come and do the work in our garage at no cost. All around, an awesome experience at a good price.
