The price was good – and the product was exceptional!! My salesperson, Tim St. Dennis, promptly and patiently reworked multiple job price quotes to help me decide on the final mix of window styles and installation options for my project. Colin Hutt cheerfully and competently assisted me during two showroom visits and multiple telephone calls. After the project was completed, Colin provided me with digital copies of the information required to apply for the Consumers Energy rebate. Steve and his installation team were cordial and efficient. They protected my interior floors and did a thorough cleanup when the job was finished. Steve and an installation crew member also thanked me for choosing Clarkston Window & Door. Steve is very conscientious and exacting about proper window installation and caulking. He willingly answered my questions during the two-day installation. The entire process, from price quotes to the finished job, was professional, pleasant, and drama-free. Colin sent me pictures, websites & finalized the details of my purchases. Tim is meticulous & thorough with all measurements, answered all my questions & always returned my many calls. Bill provided insight & knowledge about garage doors & provided color samples for me to choose from. Hunter went above & beyond to install the garage door, there was rotted wood at the garage opening that needed replacing before installation. He made a call to Jeff, the president of the company & within half an hour, another employee brought what was needed to fix the problem. This company is great to work with & their prices beat out all the competition hands down! We called them, along with several other companies to get quotes, and were most pleased with Clarkston Windows. We were so impressed at the very first appointment we had, Tim St Dennis was very informative, he took his time to explain our options (pros & cons), made suggestions, invited us to the showroom and encouraged us to take our time to decide the options for each window and door. No sales pressure at all. Once we decided (North Star vinyl windows), they were very accommodating to work with our schedule for installation. The installation crew, Steve and his team (Gene, Dylan, Austin & Chase) were very professional and knowledgeable. They protected our floors before getting started, worked very hard for 3 days, cleaned up and left our home very neat. We highly recommend Clarkston Window & Door.
