I walked the person greeted me while they were making coffee for themselves then went behind the counter after a while and greeted me I brought in a bathroom vanity mirror that was broken see if I could get the glass replaced vs the cabinet . She gets a phone call from a crew member that showed up at the wrong house 20 plus minutes waiting on the counter person having a conversation then they get to me almost a half hour later and tells me they don’t make that glass and I’m going to have to use a thicker piece of glass, then she’s told after making a call to the supplier that they do make the glass and it’s going to be $167 that’s just for the glass a new vanity is $150 so I thanked her and left.
