Tint had some peeling and bubble issues so I took it back May 2023 to take advantage of the warranty. When I got my car back it again has issues…dirt under tint and some bubbles. Called to get the issue resolved but owner wanted to argue about how these issues are “normal”. I’ve had other vehicles serviced there and had no issues, however the customer service and quality are just not cutting it for me. I plan to take my vehicle elsewhere to have my tint redone, at my cost and will never take another vehicle there for service. There customer service skills lack a bit, and they scratched my car..twice. After taking my car back to have it repainted, (which they drove my car 60 miles to a buddies house without consent, I didn’t know they were going to be driving my car anywhere, didn’t tell me just noticed my mileage was more then I had left it so I asked) they scratched my car again on the rear lower bumper…looks like they backed over something and dragged the bumper across something? They gave me a very tough time trying to get them to repaint their first mistake so i just took the second scratch as a loss. They don’t do as good as of a job as the one in Jackson, MI either. Don’t go to the one in Lansing.
