Review: Don’t go here !!! These idiots tried and I say tried to install a bds 3 1/2 inch lift.
The price came I. Damn near double, they never contacted me to indicate it was going way over the quote. When they align a vehicle they take it to discount tire. In my case it could not be aligned as they were not able to install correctly, I took it to dealer to be aligned and 600 bucks later it was corrected and aligned ! Chubby dude behind the counter was evasive and not truthful STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE IDIOTS TOLD ME TIE ROD WAS BENT AS IT HAD BEEN SCRAPED AND TOOK SOME PAINT OFF, THE BEND IS FACTORY ON JEEP TJ
THEY COULD NOT DO IT, THIS WAS THEIR EXCUSE !! IDIOTS !!!

Review: I brought my truck in to have a lift installed. Upon drop off of my vehicle, I asked that they install the front struts on the 3rd clip for a little extra lift.
Fast forward 2 weeks and the truck / suspension have settled and I notice the front has a noticeable rake. I checked the struts and they were left on the first clip. I brought the truck back to Vehicle Accessories and explained my case. I was told that the instructions say to leave it on the first clip and that it would speed up ware on the ball joints. I understood the risks, hence my asking for them to be installed in that manner.
They told me they would make the change but that I’d have to pay for it but they’d not charge me for the alignment. It seems to me as a person who also works in customer service that one of two things happen.
1 Do as I asked or 2 let me know you can’t or won’t do as I asked with some explanation .
