Review: Voicemail message is extremely rude and unprofessional saying “if you don’t leave a message or text, I will not call you back.” Texted the number anyway for a quote on 10/19. Never responded. Poor customer service.
Update: owner has since reached out and made an attempt to rectify. It seems to have been an honest mistake. Has been very responsive since.
