The person assisting me assured me that if I could prove I had full coverage insurance, the chip repair would be free. However, 14 months later, I noticed that the claim appeared on my consumer report with LexisNexis and was listed multiple times on adverse action notices from my auto insurance company. This has definitely cost me, as my premiums have increased and my risk profile has been negatively impacted. I strongly advise against agreeing to file a claim with your insurance company, even though they might encourage you to do so. If you can afford to pay out of pocket, don’t file a claim. Simbol, please refrain from using deceptive practices to gain business. Being honest with your customers allows them to make the best decisions for themselves. Everything was so smooth from inquiring about pricing over the telephone to picking up my vehicle at the end of the day after my appointment, not to mention your very fair pricing.
