Review: Very inconsiderate. Do not spend your money. Took my car radio out first without checking the new radio. The radio end up being defective. Did not take the proper procedures and wanted me to still pay the full price for his mistake. Had to give him $100 for nothing

Review: Horrible customer service . My son took his truck here for some work less than a year ago, and was assured the work and equipment has a one year warranty. The equipment broke down, and my son took it there for service . The owner was rude , tried to upsell him a $400 amplifier , instead did just fixing or warrantying the one he got. Stay way from this place , if the owner doesn’t know how to take care his customers , we will find a place that does. Shame on you .

Review: I went to Nicky shores and they gave me the worse experience. They tried everything to get me to buy a radio even though I had my own. I’m so glad I stumbled across hollywood. They got me together and customer service was the best.
