My friend recommended me to this place to get my regulator fixed on my car window. Paid up front, but they weren’t able to get the part that same day so I returned on 12/31 for them to put the regulator in. On 1/11 it broke again and I returned on 1/13 for them to look at it. They said they would take care of me and exchange the part. I call them at the end of the week to see if they got the part and the guy says he would call me when they have it. Another week and a half goes by no call so I call them and the guy on the phone switches up his words saying to call Saturday or Sunday so he can go get the part. I asked him “do you want me to call Saturday or Sunday?” He straight up says “Sunday.” Sunday gets here, I call, and he’s like “I thought you were going to call yesterday.” Anyways, he says to call the next day(Monday) before I come up there. I do, and he doesn’t have the part but says he would have it Tuesday which I was unavailable that day so I said I would bring it Thursday. Thursday comes, and boom, power outage at the shop. I got my dad to call up there and he’s talking about 30 day warranty which it was never 30 days. Then he’s starts talking about why I didn’t choose a mechanic close to me. All of a sudden, now that my dad is involved, he is able to contact him to let him know I could bring my car back up. Why weren’t you able to call me? I always had to call them for anything. So I took it back today, and the guy wants to know who referred me as if that or how far I drove is even a factor in this whole situation. Like do you not want business? Obviously not. They put the new regulator in and tells me that the rubber seal along the window is what caused it to break. They should have detected that at the start so of course I still have a problem. To summarize, their customer service is trash, their shop is trash, and everything about them is trash. Do not go here as again, they don’t seem to want business. If they wanted business it wouldn’t matter the distance I drove to get there or who referred me. They also would have provided better customer service so I could then refer others. To add: They are not accredited with the better business bureau in addition to having a B minus rating with them due a complaint being filed with them before and then not even caring to respond to it. Makes it hard to want to support a black business. The windshield was “repaired” it rained a few days afterwards and it leaked in my truck i was told to come in the next morning went and they were closed called the day afterwards and was told to come the next day. Once my fiance arrived he poured water on the window and said its fine and told us to pour gas on the adhesive tape to remove the glue off the window. The customer service is terrible. But our fault for trying to support a black business. I took it to Warren and they fixed the issue with no problem.
