He took the time to listen to my needs, explain differences in products / pricing and how they would affect my desired results. Installation was performed as scheduled (he also sent pics of the install as it happened). Pricing was great and installation was great (looks like nothing was ever touched). They reviewed all work done, explained the new system upgrades and did a sound check with me in vehicle to make sure I was happy with everything. Result was even more than I expected. Great guy, to the point and honest. After explaining my situation at the other place he confirmed what I had thought, the other place was trying to rip me off. Lee quoted me a price, so I came back the next day for installation. They did a great job. Lee took the time to explain to me how I could also better the sound in my truck in the future. He then had one of his guys go through everything they had done and how to tweak the sound when needed. Professionally done and very informative. I am happy I ended up here. If you are looking for anything video or audio done to your vehicle, THIS IS THE PLACE! I highly recommend them!
