On the highway that I live on, which is posted at 45mph, signs with smaller fonts than 6 inches aren’t readable from distance. On other popular sign websites like SmartSign and TrafficSign, where I have procured other signs in the past, they did not allow specification of the font size but automatically sized it by number of letters without describing the resultant font size. I even asked their respective customer service representatives to help me size the signs but received no response. The first time I called, they drop the call while I was talking. When I called again, a person answered and said “Do not call us ever again” in a very very rude way then they drop the call. If I could just rate it 0 star then I will. You don’t deserve to operate if you are rude to customers. So disgusting! I contacted them first thing Monday morning and in less then an hour I had a proof with the added information. I then decided to see if I could add a bracket to my order and without hesitation it added! This is a great company and has amazing customer service! Highly recommend!
