Not long after dropping off my car they called and explained what was wrong and went over everything thoroughly. After authorizing the repairs it was done the same day as promised. After being ripped off at the dealers and lied to by other mechanics, I finally had enough and called Ric & Rocky’s. Pricing was better than anywhere I’ve ever taken my vehicles, speed of service is great and Rocky, Ric, Paul and Corrine are the friendliest and most helpful people in the industry. They ID’d wiring that needed to be replaced, and a couple of valves and repaired them. They listened to my concerns that I didn’t want the repair to be so expensive given the condition of the body that it wouldn’t be cost effective, I e. wouldn’t cost more than the value of the car. They kept me informed of progress, displayed a great sense of humor, and I didn’t feel rushed even though they were busy. I felt the price was great considering how many hours they spent on the repair. Another repair done properly for a reasonable amount of money. Still no reason to consider anywhere else. A long time ago, I had a neighbor who was a mechanic. He was always available to make repairs if he could, or give advice so that we wouldn’t get taken advantage of when we took it in. He always gave great advice and kept everyone’s car running great. Ric & Rocky’s is like having that neighbor again, except there are no limits to what they can do. If you own a car and need service, These are all the reasons I have that these guys are the best; They fixed things the first time that my previous place tried multiple times and failed. I asked for a full check of everything and they found multiple things that previous places missed. A small thing, but it says everything about how meticulous they are; I have chrome tire valve stem caps that the previous place always seemed to lose; not Ric & Rocky! All 4 are still on my tires every time. They are priced so reasonably, that I feel like I’m taking advantage of them when I pay. Ric & Rocky’s is the only garage that I authorize to work on my cars. Guys are friendly and pricing is very fair. Overall great experience !
