Now that I have used them for an oil change and for new tires, I’m raving as well! Their service is friendly and efficient. Their prices are great. And I never felt pressured. Denny, Rob and Devin did an exceptional job making sure my car was ready to go. They were extremely kind, respectful, communicative, and professional. They even checked my spare to make sure we were covered in case of an emergency. Highly recommend this crew. I felt comfortable and certain they were being straightforward with me. Rob gave recommendation on towing company and made sure to get vehicle looked at same day. Turns out, worried for nothing but Randy still took 2 hours to look over vehicle. Taken on test drive, explained why vehicle may have driven differently and to show me vehicle drove fine. Price was definitely right! We were obviously form out of town. I can’t count how many times we’ve taken our vehicles to Rob and his crew, but every time it feels like we’re family. From laughing at the counter and being invited into the shop to look at what they’ve done for us to being charged fair and reasonable prices that their competitors simply can’t beat. We’re always treated like equals here. The mechanics never assume that I don’t know something simply because I’m a woman, which is appreciated more than they probably know. They are very accommodating for walk-ins if it is not a large job and they aren’t too busy. Always friendly and their prices are honest and reasonable. Will continue to deal with them.
