Fick's Auto Detailing - Ceramic Coating & Paint Protection Film (PPF) Specialist

Logan was very thorough and provided answers to my numerous questions. We were given several different options for coating and corrections, that corresponded with a specific timeframe and level of protection. As always, I like to research the products used, and everything checked out with what Logan provided. I even reached out to another client who had nothing but good things to say about his experience with Fick’s. I particularly liked the fact that Logan provided a pre-service inspection including a walk around video and a write-up with pictures showing blemishes, and areas of improvement. This provided a starting point, so we could easily see the vast improvement from the correction and coating. There was never any pressure from Fick’s to upsell or perform a service that was not necessary. Logan stated the facts and asked if I would like to address several other small issues at the time, and was very laid back in his approach. When Logan was posed with questions about the process of correction/coating he took me to vehicles in his shop and showed me examples of the service I was going to receive. The level of detail provided by Fick’s is unparalleled. The shop atmosphere is fantastic, and the place is as clean as can be. I felt very comfortable leaving our brand new, luxury vehicle in the hands of Logan and his crew. The vehicle turned out just as good as new, and Logan was clear with the expectations for upkeep of the now coated vehicle. I feel confident in the level of protection the coating will give the vehicle, and also am looking forward to the ease of maintaining a clean appearance. I am exited to see how the coating will hold up and will be back for annual inspections. Overall, the experience with Fick’s was reasonably priced, timely, and they even provided a loaner. We will be back to see Fick’s again with our high end detailing needs. I discovered Fick’ detailing on the internet and was impressed with their video showing exactly what they do in order to fit the protective film to your car. They pick your car up and offer a loaner at $30 a day if you want it. They kept me informed of the progress with text message pictures. The work they did is incredible and they even give a 10 year guarantee on the film.
