Review: We hired glass doctor for custom shower glass in a new bathroom addition. From the very first call with Jeanette, I was impressed with their knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism. Their price was hard to beat compared to other local suppliers, and they were responsive with any questions I had. When installation day came, they called when they said they would, arrived on time, and walked me through what they’d be doing to ensure I was getting what I paid for. The installers were kind, and did great work! We’re thrilled with the final product, and would absolutely hire them again. Thanks, Glass Doctor!

Review: I am a wheelchair user and have a trip across the country, so it’s always important my vehicle is fully functional before. I needed a windshield replaced and made an appointment with glassdoctor in Ann Arbor on Wednesday the 31 of February. I was told my windshield would arrive Thursday the first of feb. On Friday the 2nd I recieved a call 5 minutes before the appointment At 2 pm saying the glass was defected or not in, there wasn’t a clear rational amongst the desk workers. So now I am without luck and there was no way to be serviced by anyone else because it’s too late. They offered 25 dollars off as a consolation, when a windshield is hundreds of dollars . Bad communication and poor customer service. I would not recommend to any one

Review: Very rude n unprofessional!!!! I acknowledge I was a few minutes late but I did call ahead and inform them of such. Unknown to me I received a phone call from an unknown name of (Janet …) n let it go to voicemail thinking it was spam. Come to find out it was the store mgr who told me I had 5mins to get there (Harmon glass) or he was leaving. I called back and was told by the store mgr that it was too late and he already left. I have never had customer service as what I received from Harmon glass store mgr. If you are going to use this business CHOOSE A DIFFERENT LOCATION!!!!!
